About American Flip Factory
Our goal at American Flip Factory is to teach quality gymnastics in a state of the art facility. Safety is our number one priority. Gymnastics teaches coordination, strength, and balance, as well as life lessons, positive self esteem, and a strong work ethic. Gymnastics is important to academics as well. Starting gymnastics at a young age can help develop reading skills in the future. Activities that include lateral movement and movements that cross the midline aid in visual tracking which helps reading development. Gymnastics also improves motor skills which are essential to a child’s development.
We offer classes for boys and girls ages 18 months to 18 years.
